Who Am I

 My name is Amber Carter.  I am a youth breeder located in Virginia Beach, Va.  I have a small rabbitry of 20 holes. I specialize in chestnut, chinchilla, black otter, silver marten varieties. I got started in 2008 with a chestnut buck named Buckwheat, that I purchased from Huckleberry Bunnies.  A thank you to Gary and Susan Smith for a beautiful black otter doe. She is a very good producer. I have the start of my own otter herd from her and a otter buck that I purchased from DwarfsRUS.  I routinely show in the D-9 area in youth. I do show in open some.  Showing and breeding rabbits takes a lot of time and energy.  And the rewards of getting to know each and every bunny is wonderful.
